Newer agents get access to a squad leader and a smaller peer group, so they have another place to ask questions, stay accountable, and learn from agents who are actively working the systems.

For experienced agents, squad leadership can become a meaningful growth path inside the team. Leaders may have opportunities tied to mentoring and supporting agents in their squad, based on the current team structure and expectations.
