The first number is agent take-home.
This team split applies for any buy/sell within a 12-month period of the first closing. After 12 months, this lead is considered your SOI.
Self-Generated Leads
Depending on agent level
We operate a tier structure with SOI leads — every dollar you take home from your transactions (SOI & team leads combined) contributes to helping you move up levels. This helps you continually earn more on your personal deals as long as you're working with the müve Team.
